Bridging Shelters And Second Chances

Animal rescue partners are more than just organizations we work with—they are an extension of our shelter family. Together, we create brighter futures, turning stories of uncertainty into stories of hope and love.

Rescue Partners

Thank you for your continued dedication to saving the lives of animals in need. Rescue partners play a vital role in our lifesaving mission, and we are grateful for the compassion and commitment you bring to every pull.

Darlington County Humane Society (DCHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Hartsville, South Carolina. Because our daily intake often exceeds local adoption capacity, we rely heavily on trusted rescue organizations to help give our pets a second chance.

We are overloaded with truly wonderful dogs and cats — loving, adoptable companions who simply need the right opportunity. With your partnership, we can give them that chance and save more lives together.

Every rescue pull helps us create space, save lives, and continue serving our community. Thank you for being an essential part of the Darlington County Humane Society rescue network.

If you’re interested in learning more about how we can work together, our rescue teams would love to connect and discuss the details.
