Executive Director
Bringing more than a decade of leadership experience across government and nonprofit sectors, she is dedicated to advancing lifesaving programs, strengthening community partnerships, and creating a brighter future for animals in Darlington County. -
Haley Gates
Director of Fundraising & Marketing
Leads fundraising, donor stewardship, marketing, and special events that support the organization's lifesaving mission. Through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and donor engagement, she helps generate the resources needed to create positive outcomes for animals in need. -
Torie Hall
Shelter Manager
Leads the daily operations of the shelter, supporting staff, volunteers, and animal care programs to ensure a safe, organized, and compassionate environment. Dedicated to both animal welfare and team success, she works to create positive experiences for the animals in our care and the people who help them on their journey.

Manager of Medical Services
Leads the shelter's medical program, overseeing daily treatments, patient care, and medical operations to support the health and well-being of animals in our care. With decades of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to animal welfare, she brings exceptional knowledge, compassion, and dedication to every animal she serves.

Office Assistant
Supports the day-to-day administrative functions of the shelter, assisting visitors, managing records, and helping keep operations running efficiently. Passionate about animal welfare and customer service, she enjoys helping families connect with pets and supporting the lifesaving work happening throughout the organization. -

Business Office Clerk
Provides essential administrative and business support that helps keep shelter operations organized and effective. Through attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to the mission, she helps ensure staff have the resources and support needed to provide quality care for the animals we serve.
